The Canadian Virtual Hospice is a division of the International Centre for Dignity and Palliative Care Inc., a registered charity.

Colorectal Cancer Canada is the nation's not for profit colorectal cancer patient organization dedicated to colorectal cancer awareness and education, supporting patients and their caregivers and advocating on their behalf. We aspire to reduce the incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer in Canada while improving the quality of life of patients, their families and their caregivers.

The Communauté Morquio du Québec is a non-profit organization created in January 2016 by and for people with Morquio Syndrome. The Communauté Morquio du Québec's mission is to support, assist and mobilize its resources in order to break the isolation and meet the needs of people with Morquio Syndrome and their families throughout Quebec. As part of our mission, this website is designed to familiarize people with Morquio Syndrome and their families, the public, the medical community and our leaders with Morquio Syndrome, which is recognized as a rare, orphan disease.

Constellation troubles hereditaires du tissu conjonctif was founded as an extension of the activities of Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes Québec (SEDQc) to meet, in French and across Canada, the many needs related to hereditary connective tissue disorders (Ehlers-Danlos, Marfan, Stickler, Larsen syndromes, etc.). Our services and activities include: an information and awareness page, a support group, virtual meetups, information upon request, and participation in research.

The Corporation de recherche et d'action sur les maladies héréditaires (CORAMH) is a regional non-profit organization that has been working in the field of hereditary diseases in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region (Quebec, Canada) since 1980. Parents, researchers, professionals from various backgrounds and physicians came together to form CORAMH. The founders were driven by a common desire: to provide the region with an independent organization whose aim would be to find solutions to the health problems associated with the presence of hereditary diseases in the region.

Crohn's and Colitis Canada is the only national, volunteer-based charity focused on finding the cures for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis and improving the lives of children and adults affected by these diseases. We work together to change lives through treatments, research, information and support.

Since 1954, Diabetes Québec, a non-profit association, has been helping people with diabetes, their families and the health professionals who care for them. Our mission is to support people living with diabetes to improve their well-being. Diabetes Québec defends the interests and rights of people with diabetes to governments, health services and businesses. We also promote the advancement of diabetes research by offering scholarships and grants to students and researchers every year. Through our diabetes school, Universi-D, we offer continuing education to people with diabetes and health care professionals.

We are a registered Canadian charity dedicated to improving the lives of Canadians living with eczema. Our mandate is to provide education, support, awareness, advocacy, and research. We offer patient and healthcare provider education, have support volunteers across the country, and fund research efforts through a competitive research grant program.
