Groupe Espérance et Cancer is a non-profit organization, incorporated on May 9, 1991. Thanks to the involvement of many dedicated volunteers from the region, the organization was founded by people from our community. For local people, by local people. Our mission: To provide cancer patients and their caregivers with a living environment, a network of support and action, and activities to help them take charge of their lives and improve their physical and psychological quality of life.

Heart & Stroke is a leading funder of life-saving research, which has led to breakthroughs such as heart transplant surgery and a revolutionary stroke treatment that cuts the death rate by 50%. Hope & Cope helps people cope with cancer. Guided by professional staff, cancer-experienced volunteers provide psychosocial support and practical resources that help patients regain a sense of control and well-being, reduce isolation and restore hope. Easily accessible and open to all, Hope & Cope is funded by the community and is located at the Jewish General Hospital's Segal Cancer Centre and the Hope & Cope Cancer Wellness Centre.

We raise awareness of sex-positive inclusive sexual and reproductive health through the implementation of comprehensive education programs, while emphasizing HPV and its potential consequences. We empower culturally and ideologically diverse youth, families, and communities across the globe through the dissemination of critical, evidence-based knowledge.

At the Huntington Society of Quebec, we understand what you're going through, and we're here to help. Whether you have Huntington's disease (HD), are caring for someone who does, or are at risk of developing the disease yourself, we can listen and guide you as needed. Our services are divided into three main areas and are available throughout Quebec.

Kidney Cancer Canada is a national community of patients, caregivers and health professionals who work to provide every Canadian touched by kidney cancer with support, education and advocacy for their care pathways and treatment options.

For over 50 years, this vision has guided us to be a collaborative, inventive and focused leader in the development of programs, services, research opportunities and awareness campaigns that have had a positive impact on the millions of Canadians living with, or at risk of developing kidney disease.

For 40 years, Leucan has been committed to helping cancer-stricken children and their families. In addition to its support to clinical research, the Association provides specific and personalized services to its families: emotional assistance and support, financial assistance, referral services, massage therapy, hosting and support in hospital's playrooms, sociorecreational activities, an awareness and assistance program in school, end-of-life and bereavement follow-up, as well as the Leucan Information Centre.

Liver Canada exists to promote liver health, increase public understanding and awareness of liver diseases, and provide support to those affected. We support Canada’s top liver experts. We educate Canadians on ways to protect their liver health. We are there for people coping with liver diseases so that no one has to face it alone. We won’t stop until we realize a world where there’s liver health for all.

Living with Cystic Fibrosis is a unique organization in the world. In fact, we are the only organization that is formed and managed mainly by people living with cystic fibrosis, their families and community workers. For more than 35 years, this specificity has allowed us not only to develop our expertise, but also to set up services that are well adapted to people living with CF, throughout Quebec.

Lung Cancer Canada is a registered national charity that serves as Canada's leading resource for lung cancer education, patient support, research and advocacy. Based in Toronto, Ontario, Lung Cancer Canada has a wide reach that includes both regional and pan-Canadian initiatives. Lung Cancer Canada is a member of the Global Lung Cancer Coalition and is the only organization in Canada focused exclusively on lung cancer.

Lymphoma Canada is wholly Canadian.  All of our resources are derived from Canadian statistics and feature only Canadian specific information. All of our materials are reviewed and approved by our Scientific Advisory Board comprised of Canadian researchers and clinicians. All members of our Board of Directors reside in Canada and Lymphoma Canada funds only Canadian researchers.
