The decision whether or not to participate in a clinical trial must be made in an informed manner by the person concerned (or, if applicable, by the legal representative of the person concerned by the request). Before starting, please get informed about the risks and benefits for participants.

How Does Our Personalized Support Service Work?
When you contact the Service, our qualified team will support you in your search for available clinical trials that match the requested criteria, and will guide you throughout the process, until you are taken care of by a research team.
Submit a request
Contact our team by phone, by filling out our online form or by scheduling a call. After obtaining your consent, our team will gather the necessary information and begin searching for clinical trials that match the medical condition and criteria you provided.
Clinical Trial Identification by Our Team
Our team will conduct a thorough search to identify the clinical trials best suited to your needs, based on the information you have provided. We will suggest the trials available in Quebec, or elsewhere if there are none in the province.
Receive the List of Available Clinical Trials
You will receive the search results by email in the days following your request. These results will present the clinical trials currently available for the targeted medical condition. However, there may be no clinical trials available at the time of your request.
Discuss Your Options With Our Team
After sending you the list of clinical trials matching your criteria, we will follow up with a phone call to answer your questions. If you are interested in a trial, we will contact the hospital to make sure the trial is open for recruitment.
Connect With the Research Team
If a trial suits you and is open for recruitment, we will connect you with the research team responsible for this clinical trial. You will then be taken care of by the hospital team who will provide you with more details about the clinical trial and conduct the assessments to confirm your eligibility for the research project.
